'Illustrator, doodler, glacier hunter' Simon Wild is an illustrator working from his studio in Suffolk. His work is inspired by old toys, found objects, and travel, often exploring the connections that can be made between an inspiring location and the imagination. His work has often been described as ‘psychedelic scribbles’ ‘elaborate telephone doodles’ and ‘childlike expressions’. Simon likes to like to think of each new illustration he creates as making a new friend for life.
