General Use

If you use or access our website or place orders you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. By using or accessing our website and/or placing any order(s), you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. The contract made by you online with us incorporates these terms and conditions, which shall prevail over any and all terms and conditions, proposed by you.

Product Specifications

We are always trying to develop and improve our products and reserve the right to amend the specifications of any goods or products without prior notice in relation to future sales.

The products supplied may differ because of variation in colour systems, notably the screen-based colour system of RGB and the print colour system of CMYK.

We seek to display and describe as accurately as possible the printed colours of our products that appear on the website. However we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product delivered.

Product Use

We've taken care to ensure that applying sneakskin to your footwear will not cause any damage but leathers and synthetic leathers, particularly old or very soft materials, have different properties and may be affected in different ways. Please be aware that you apply sneakskin at your own risk and we accept no responsibility for any damage to shoes or any other items.

Prices

The prices include UK value added tax, if and where appropriate, at the prevailing rate and are subject to any promotional offer or discount.Customers outside the UK are only charged the same postage and packing rate as UK customers.

Payment

You must pay by credit card or PayPal at the time of order. The price of any product is the price in force at the date and time of your order. You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing products which may be offered by us on our website will be correct; that the credit card which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any products. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit card details before accepting your order. Payment will be taken in full at the time of the order. The contract shall not have been concluded until we have received your valid credit card payment details. We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you.

Delivery

All orders are made individually to your specification. We will try to process and make your order within three working days. After manufacture all orders will be dispatched by post airmail outside the UK - unless otherwise stated. Time of delivery is not of the essence in these terms and conditions. We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

Returns, Refunds and Your Right to Cancel

After an order has been placed by you it cannot be altered or cancelled. If we supply incorrect or damaged goods, or in the event that you discover any defect in the goods for which you require compensation or other remedy, you must report the defect within 14 days of the date you receive them, or as soon as possible thereafter by contacting us. Please retain the product and its outer packaging in the condition it was provided.
